Energy Healing

We all have the power,

we all have the choice.

Understanding Healing

Healing can be understood as the rebalancing of energies on physical, psychological, and spiritual levels. The healer doesn't work with their own energy, but rather connects to the energy of the source – be it the universe, nature, essence, or God – depending on your personal beliefs.

The fundamental benefit of healing lies in its ability to release energy blocks and promote deep relaxation. Only when stress and tension leave the body can it begin to regenerate and establish balance at all levels. During healing, we communicate with both body and soul, uncovering root causes and allowing the release of anything that doesn't serve the body's wellbeing at that moment.

Healing often has a rapid onset, but its effects can last for an extended period. Changes at the physical, spiritual, and energetic levels may continue to process for several weeks after the actual session.

Healing for Animals

Horses and all other animals are highly sensitive to energy and possess an innate ability to work with it. However, their energetic balance can often be disrupted due to human management practices, inappropriate training methods, or personal issues of their owners. In such cases, they require internal energy harmonization and realignment, which is where healing can play a crucial role.

Healing occurs on the same wavelength as animal communication, enabling the practitioner to relay messages from the animal to its owner.

!Healing does not replace veterinary care! If you observe any signs of pain or discomfort in your animal, contact a veterinarian first. Healing is an excellent complement to professional medical treatment, but a veterinarian must always be consulted first.

Healing for Humans

Everything around us is energy, and we ourselves are energy as well.

Our relationships with ourselves and others, our history, character, way of life, experiences, stress levels, and the environment we live in — all of these influence us and shape our physical, mental, and energetic selves. Healing helps to move the body, soul, and inner energy back into a state of balance.

How Does the Healing Process Work?

Horses stand with a halter, while their owners hold the lead rope. Dogs, cats, or other smaller animals usually sit or lie down. People typically lie on a lounger or sit comfortably, and clients remain fully clothed. After an initial introduction, I place my hands on different areas of the body. I can work around the chakras or intuitively in areas where I feel attention is needed. If physical touch is uncomfortable for the person or animal, I can work from a distance that we agree upon. Together with the client or the animal's owner, we discuss our feelings, impressions, and the information I gather from the body or energetic field. We search for the essence and meaning of these insights, working towards releasing blocks and creating feelings of relaxation and peace.

I often get asked how healing works for human clients and what its effects are. It's a complex question because I work differently with each person, addressing unique issues in individual ways. However, I'll try to give you a general idea.
The type of healing I practice could be described as opening doors. Doors you’ve closed within yourself, doors that were closed for you, or doors you didn’t even know existed.
I usually start by placing my hands on the body (though this isn't required). I need a moment to "read" the client's energetic body and connect to the "universal internet," from which information starts to flow. I begin to sense, see, know, or otherwise perceive how energy moves through the client's body, where it's blocked, and which parts of the body or organs aren’t energetically functioning as they should.

Next comes the search for causes. Every energetic block is a story—about things you wish for but aren’t living, things you don’t want to see, desires and denials, sorrow, love, pain, and fear. By giving them attention (supported by healing energy work), we initiate a process. That is, if it’s safe and allowed. We release, loosen, bring to light, cleanse, and relieve—wherever the energy allows us to go.

In the meantime, I also check the client’s energy field to see if there’s anything extra, such as a wandering soul. This happens quite often. If there is, we try to learn more about it and then guide it away.

At the end of the session, I balance the energy field, harmonize the energy, and check the chakras and any changes that have occurred during the healing. I make sure the client leaves in a safe state and feels good. Healing is an intense process—you might feel like you’ve had a deep massage, even though I may not have touched you at all.

The change is always visible on the face right after a session. If it were ethical, I’d love to take "before and after" photos of my clients. But don’t worry—I don’t do that. I take that view as my personal reward. Most often, clients speak of a great sense of relief, knowing that something has happened and continues to unfold. And it will continue.

We’ve opened the doors, and the changes that follow often give life a completely new context. That’s how significant it is.
I love it, and I’m incredibly grateful and humbled to be able to do this work.
