Mindfulness

Helps you slow down, notice what is happening inside and around you, and respond with greater clarity instead of running on autopilot. Mindfulness supports a deeper connection with the body, emotions, and mind, and offers tools you can use in real situations – at work, in relationships, and in moments of stress, fatigue, or uncertainty.

Coming Back to Yourself in Everyday Life

Mindfulness is the ability to be fully present in what is happening right now – in the body, in the breath, in thoughts and emotions – without judgment and without pressure to perform.

It is not about switching off the mind, constant meditation, or “positive thinking.”
It is about the relationship with yourself. About how you are with yourself when things are going well – and when they are difficult.

Mindfulness teaches us to:

  • recognize when we are acting consciously and when the autopilot has taken over,
  • notice the body’s signals before exhaustion sets in,
  • work with stress and emotions gently yet effectively,
  • cope with chronic pain and ease its intensity,
  • cultivate inner stability in a changing world we cannot control,
  • live a happier and more meaningful life – not “someday,” but right NOW.

What is

Mindfulness Now

Mindfulness Now is a structured 8-week mindfulness program based on modern, science-based approaches (MBSR/MBCT).
The program is delivered in a secular way (with no connection to religion), and is practical, accessible, and sensitive.

The Mindfulness Now program was created in response to the need for:

  • a clear and understandable mindfulness practice for everyday life,
  • safe and supportive guidance,
  • longer-term cooperation that allows the brain to gradually rewire into a new mode of functioning,
  • integration of body, mind, and emotions,
  • stepping out of the daily treadmill and finding life balance.

Mindfulness Now is not just about meditation, but about how to live mindfully in the midst of real life – work, relationships, fatigue, joy, and pain.

Unique Features of the Mindfulness Now Program

• Short, practical mindfulness practices that remain available to you as audio recordings
• Conscious integration of the body, mind, and nervous system into one cooperating whole
• Freedom of choice (open eyes, movement, pauses) and a very gentle, non-invasive approach
• Respect for individual boundaries
• Integration of formal and informal practice – guided meditations and exercises alongside small everyday details that gradually change your life for the better
• Trauma-sensitive guidance – without pressure, without “having to,” and with full respect for where you are right now

What Is the Mindfulness Now Program?

Mindfulness Now is usually an 8-week program. It is a well-structured, science-based course that integrates the approaches of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). The positive effects of these mindfulness programs are documented by numerous scientific studies. The program is designed to support people at all stages of life in coping with stress, anxiety, and low mood, while also enhancing overall well-being, self-awareness, and a kind, compassionate relationship with oneself. Whether you are new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your existing practice, this course offers a safe and supportive space in which you can explore how mindfulness can transform your everyday life.

What Will the Program Bring You?

You will gain practical tools to help you manage stress, anxiety, and feelings of overwhelm. You will receive access to guided meditations and supportive materials that you can use between sessions and even after the program ends. You will gradually build greater emotional resilience and the ability to adapt to challenging situations. You will begin to experience more calm, presence, and connection with yourself in everyday life. You will gain gentle yet deep insight into your thought and emotional patterns. You will support better sleep quality, improved focus, and overall well-being. You will become part of a safe and supportive group, guided by a qualified Mindfulness Now teacher.

How Does the Program Work?

8 weeks – 8 sessions (usually approx. 1.5–2 hours each); the program can also be individually adapted to a 4- or 6-week format. Short home practice (approximately 20–30 minutes a day – without pressure to perform). A combination of: guided mindfulness meditations, gentle movement and body-based work, sharing and group reflection (always optional), simple explanations of how mindfulness works in everyday life. Option of individual support (1:1), by agreement.

What Is Expected of You?

Simply a willingness to be with yourself and to explore with openness. To get the most out of the program, it is helpful to: attend all sessions, if possible, engage in short practice between the meetings, approach yourself with kindness and without judgment – exactly as mindfulness teaches. No previous meditation experience is required.

How much does the 8-week Mindfulness Now program cost?

The 8-week individual program (online meeting once a week for approximately 1.5–2 hours) costs €350.
